  Daniel was named the Observer's Young Chef of the Year 2016 and has worked in some of the country's top restaurants including Jason Atherton's group – before settling at The Clove Club for 5 years where he was an integral part of the team that earned a Michelin star.

  Natasha SmithPastry Chef/Owner
  Natasha has worked at the Michelin starred Chapter One in Kent, as well as heading up the pastry kitchen of the Michelin starred One Leicester Street. Most recently Natasha was appointed one of the Head Pastry chefs at Rocket, a prestigious events company in London.

  Overseeing our reservations team, Sam-Marie represents The Fordwich Arms as the first point of contact for our guests, she is there to greet you with a warm, friendly smile upon arrival and ensure your time with us runs as smoothly as possible. She plays a major part in the running of our service and our guests' experience.

  We are extremely fortunate to have such a passionate team of talented young chefs who work tirelessly to create perfection. Always eager to learn from Dan, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a positive vibe to our kitchen.

  Max has recently been appointed the sommelier position. On the floor is where he thrives and his passion and knowledge for wine shines through when talking guests through the wine list and wine pairing. Max works closely with producers from all over the world to create our ever expanding, award winning wine list.

• CeCeHead Waitress
  CeCeHead Waitress
  CeCe joined us just a year ago as a commis waiter, in which time she has climbed to the position of head waitress. CeCe has a wonderful, enthusiastic personality and an infectious energy as well as a passion for creating a memorable experience for our guests. Forever keen to learn more, CeCe has recently passed her WSET and continues to showcase a desire for success.

  Dawn is the heart of The Fordwich Arms after not only being with us for the past 6 years, but having been part of The Fordwich Arms for the past 30 years. Her passion and knowledge for this role are second to none.
